    In Texas and most other states, you would get the death penalty for taking down that cross. In california, yes it is now a lowercase c, you will probably win a date with a celebrity for taking it down. I am not suprised, their court room antics did historically botch the judiciary system with the OJ acquital. What is one more dumb ass decision?
