    Nope, no more offshore work lately... lost the contract in April of '13... I'm still depressed about it... :(

    Pretty much true... it's hard to get work done when your wife nags you all day :p

    :anonymous: I miss working in an office to be honest... with this work I never get out of the house, unless it's dropping off or picking up the kiddo from school.

    Son has a dental appointment at 7:30 then off to school. The appointment is for 2 hours. [​IMG] Then back home to meet the carpet people to install a partial pad, tack strips and reset the carpet. Next up is cleaning the carpet then off to school to pick up my son at 2:15. A full day.

    ya something like that... most of us are "ethical" in that we don't give a shit about what people are doing... but there will always be rotten apples in the mix and that's what these laws are for...

    plus everybody thinks a "drone" is a predator and will fire missiles on them... :laugh: People are also afraid of police using them without warrants...

    It boils down to the fact that people are stupid... the TV news helicopter (which 99.9% of the time has way better optics on it than a UAV) can stare into your backyard without any types of permission required.... police helicopters (with the same optics as the TV people) can do the same thing without a warrant in most cases (ie, tracking fugitives thru backyards)... but people hear "drone" and they freak out :laugh:
