    Busy like crazy. I'm moving up in the company and getting more of a management role so I'm basically looking after 7 guys and myself right now in regards to scheduling, locations, timelines, etc. A lot more work but I like it.

    We finally got snow here. Got about 18" of fluffy snow last night. :woot: got a friend who has moved here from Texas and he's still afraid of the snow lol. Think I might take him out this weekend in the truck and find a few empty parking lots to play in :devil:

    Work has been busy but good. Hopefully your supervisor title comes with some added pay.

    I want some more snow here so I can Play in the snow. The fat bike needs some ride time.

    I got a raise for Christmas :cool:

    We are doing really well for the company right now. We've increased the yearly profit (which has been pretty much the same for the last 5-6 years) by 33%+

    I'm just a little mad at the moment. I called the dealership about my truck. The engine is toast for sure. There offer is a used engine that has over 100,000 miles on it. I said no. I have opened a case with Corporate. We'll see how this goes. Oh yeah, my loaner is pretty beat up Avalon. Power seats though:boom:
