    Yup back from the gym and working on a church renovation project.

    Leg is back to 100%, I do not feel the muscle even when walking up stairs.


    A treadclimber brought to my attention a problem with my spine. I started to use on about 3 years ago and devloped a pain in my right leg which caused me to seek medical help. MRI's are a beautiful thing. So much better than xray's.

    The women in the gym sure do like the step treadmill. The ones that are on it for 30 to 60 min a day all have great looking legs and butts. ;)
