    I need to hit a gym n change my "lifestyle". Noot that I drink very much or do any drugs, but I occasionally smoke and. Don't eat as healthy as I could. 5'9" and 205lbs isn't bad though. A friend of mine is all about me hittin the gym with her. I don't have a set schedule with work so it makes it kinda tough to say ill be there at 6 to work ot and I don't get off work til 5:30

    I went to bed round 10:30, but decided to catch the bus into work and it got stuck in traffic, extra hours sleep :woot:
    Its sorta my friday... I get to stay up all night to sleep all tomorrow so I can start my first night shift in 2 years tomorrow night ...

    Well with all the normal shift working here it was considered weird that I wasn't doing nights. We call it short change, 24 hours to switch over, then 3 12hr nights. Then freedom sweet freedom
