Seatbelt chime turned off, Toyota bedmat, Wet Okoles, stock other than that.

I'm new to this site and I'm trying to get my profile picture uploaded. It will upload but when I click on the save changes button I keep getting the message that "file upload failed". Am I doing something wrong or what's going on?
