4wheel parts pissing me off

I just argued with one of the sales reps at 4wheel parts of Oakland Ca because he told me that only 17 inch steel rockcrawler rims or bigger would clear my calipers. it comes with stock 16s. And ive seen plenty of 1st generation trucks with 15 inch steelies(rockcrawlers) with 3.75 backspace that fit. He wouldnt even bother trying to get a rim to try it to see if it worked. how else am I supposed to test fit to see if it fits??

 

Go somewhere else or ... use the TW catalog of parts... in other words if it fits a Taco, it's on this board somewhere!

X2. Came with 16's now have 15x8's with 3.75 backspacing. Vote with your wallet and go elsewhere.

 

i hate 4wheel parts they said i could fit a 285's on my truck without a lift and no rub... and all the guys are fricken d-bags

 

Well it also helps if they actually have the truck to look at
