The Caliber .600 Nitro Express. That's right... An elephant gun round in a handgun. The story goes that the guy that built it is some kind of custom gun maker. He built this as an exhibition piece. He takes it to the range with him just to show it off, and the big guy that shot it (in the video) had been bugging the builder to let him shoot it.

I've seen that video before. when i got it it said it was a .50 cal. either way i sure as hell wouldnt want to shoot it...

I saw something similar in person, a guy was shooting his brand new Thompson Contender which I think, but can not confirm was at a .338 magnum. Once he fired it, it came out of his hand, cracked him on the skull bone, knock him out cold ! There was a knot on his head the size of a walnut, and his vision was blurry all the way to the hospital.

they kept dropping the rifle because of poor shooting form the guy at the end of the video was really the only one leaning into the shot rather than leaning back. i'm petty sure even a .308 would knock someone back if they were not in a proper shooting stance.
