My neighbors co-worker sells plasma 2 times a week and said he makes an extra $240-$300 a month. Said the first time he went it took about 2 hours due to an exam and paper work but said it now only takes about 30 min.

I was curious if anyone on here does this for some extra money. Thought it might be a good and easy way to bring in some extra green for mods, vacation, or even x-mas just around the corner.

I did this a few time in college to support an alcohol fund....seemed the more I donated, the less I could drink, so I stopped donating....

I did this as an undergrad for about 2 years. Twice a week. It's not so bad once you get passed the needle the size of a straw jammed into your arm and the track mark scars it leaves. You do get free juice and cookies. Where I went they usually had a movie on so you had something to do while lying there. Be sure to drink plenty of water to speed up the process. The larger the vein, the less pain.

I eventually stopped going because their work became bad. One week they infiltrated me (missed the vein and the blood went into the arm, not the vein) and the next week the needle came out which resulted in blood everywhere. Never went back after that.
