    the lady who has been looking and nit picking for a month has agreed to buy it...and has now signed a contract. we took a bit of a loss on it, but being that its a condo....and needed to unload it...we knew it was gonna happen....and we'll be closing it right before thanksgiving day................



    and we close on our new to us house tomorrow instead of wednesday!!!! just an afternoon un-vent!!!:D
