    Ahh i lived in new mexico for 2 years... too hot in the summer time, and i guess the plates also.... i am very afraid to see what SC would come out with. Hell our governor has already been charged with ethics violation...

    You don't want to live in Texas because the DMV offers optional license plates, and because it's hot in Mexico.

    You must have a hell of a time finding houses to live in with such odd criterea.
