    I just saw a post with moderate, let me correct that, minimal criticism of Toytec. I was going to post something and it was closed in the blink of an eye. Does Toytec call the shots around here or something?

    I'm not trying to start trouble. I like Toytec. The ladies on the phone are very nice, not the most knowledgable (I had a hard time getting some tech ?'s answered), but very nice nevertheless. I'll even add that they have quality parts and ship fast. My only complaint about them came when I chose to return unused, NIB parts. Their policy makes returns a hassle with required emails, specials rules, and they keep 15%. I lost about $50 and they lost nothing. I thought it was kind of tacky. There's just too much competition out there these days for that kind of stuff IMO. But whatever on that.

    That post getting locked so fast was still fishy though. If the truth hurts that bad, maybe they should fix problems, not bury them.

    Ok, I can accept that. I like the idea of keeping the site civil, but just out of curiosity, why are you so defensive of them? All kinds of threads get out of hand and they are very rarely closed.

    Toytec's product quality and level of service should be the foundation of how they are judged. It just kinda felt like government censorship for a minute there.

    Yup, the girls (Laura) are friendly as all get out on the phone and their tech followup is impecable.

    No way in hell that =any= vendor is calling the shots here at TW.
