    This animal was featured on the DFW Channel 8 news. Two vets, a biologist and a taxidermist have looked at this animal and have said it is NOT a dog.

    its a common animal for the area that has a disease that make its hair not grow. Up North in the UP of Michigan there is the "dog man" - that is nothing more than a Bear with no hair. Pretty fricken scary though..

    It's a coyote with mange. They have hundreds of them in the Rio Grande valley. My buddy has one come up and eat dog food almost every night in Harlingen. His is Blue in color. They are freaky in real life.
