Sure I am making 150K plus bonus, but what good if I can't have any me time! My dad says suck it up for a few year and then go part time. I am saving money cuz I gots nuttin but work. :-(

I know it sucks not having time but, at a time when people would kill to be able to make their rent without stressing out, you should just appreciate it. The modding will come, chill. Take the opportunity to save, pay off the taco, accumulate funds for mods, and anything else.

Sorry bro! I guess it is like everything else in life TO MUCH to little bad timing . . never fails. Keep your chin up it. Something a man I respect highly taught me. NOTHING will work in your life until you learn to bust your ass! Not saying you dont, but a lot of my new team mates think I am an "over achiever" ass kisser. Fact is I never even see my office or Boss, I turn in my work and get shi$t done. When I was young I was worked like a dog. Sure I had lots, but NEVER for free, my dad made me work for my bikes, cars whatever. NOTHING was free. Friends told me I was "handed" things. That is BS, my dad would not give me crap. I am glad, I learned that value of a dollar early on. Even my GF wants to walk cuz I got no time for her.

I highly suggest you take down the salary and rephrase that entire story. Several members were hit hard with the recession and I doubt you will get the attention/sympathy you are looking for. I can easily see this thread getting ugly, very quickly. As for now, your post (maybe not intentional) strikes me as being very ignorant.

I should rephrase cuz I researched my options? Because I have to pay each year for CE credits? Because I have killed myself by working 80 hours a week to get to the place where I thought I wanted to be? That ain't right. When the guys that complain can say they have worked until it hurts and drink a tank of coffee to get the job done for years at a time. Lots of peeps buy way more than they should and put themselves in a bad spot. I could have just about any car I want, but I was taught live on half your income. Lots of folks that complain are stretched by lack of planning or judgement. They KNOW they should not have bought that $50K crewmax LTD truck they could not afford. sorry man, I am just bummed cuz no time, but I won't apologize for my position in life.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.

So you can plan ahead when your employer shuts the doors?

Is your ego that big you have to pat yourself on the back?

I would like to know which company you work for. I would like to see your business card, website, email, phone number, name of your CEO, what type of business you are in, and label in the stock market.

I can say this much. As long as Obama keeps borrowing money from China, I have a job for a looooooooooong time. Other than that, cant' say much more. BTW, most of my gigs only last a couple of years at a time. I am usually a contracted employee with special benefits. Hard to explain without all the details.
