    I have no clue what my boss does. He sits at his desk.....never leaves his office. And sends emails wanting job statuses on shit I already emailed him about.

    Oh and we have to have an 830 meeting EVERY damn day that accomplishes ZERO!

    On the lighter side.....he doesn't micro manage us....and lets us bend the rules here and there.
