    anyone having a problem using a gift card at Amazon? this will be my first time buying anything from amazon. i created my account, then entered my gift card, and it says i have a balance of $30 in my account......but when i go to pay, and add the gift card promo code in....it tells me "There was a problem

    * The gift card code you entered is not valid."

    any idea on what to do???
