    Contact Facebook like everyone else said. They don't want to be sued and will gladly remove it.

    Same thing happened to someone close to me except this was on one of those adult sites. lol. She was getting texts and calls randomly. I emailed the company and they gladly removed it. I actually called one of the callers and he told me that all her info was on the site, phone number, screen names, etc. I received an email from the people that ran the website and they removed it quickly.
