    So I bought a Xbox 360 Video Game on Ebay. It was buy it now with a price of 48.99 and listed with free shipping, so I completed checkout with Paypal. I then get a bill from PayPal saying I owe the seller 2.50 for insurance. I went back and looked at the listing and it is not listed in the main listing, but is in the fine print under the buyer requirements. To me Free Shipping is free shipping and wouldn't have bought the item and bought from another seller cheaper. I realize that 2.50 is nothing, but it is rather shady practice.
