Herculiner on hands.

NOT on my Hootus!!!!!!


But I put Herculiner on my sub box this morning and I got a little bit of Herculiner on my hands. Do I have to wait for it to come off or can I use paint thinner or something like it to take it off?

 

xylene will take it off. Wear gloves next time! That stuff is a bitch to get off regardless of what solvent you're using.

 

Where can I find that? ha and I got that hint.... And the embarrassing thing was, I was looking EVERYWHERE for some gloves, then I Herculined and then saw the gloves in a lower shelf in my black cabinet

Well I guess time and solvents will help get it off.

 

You can usually find it at Lowe's near the paint isle.

Gloves, pants, and a long sleeve shirt are a must when working with any kind of spray or roll on bed-liner. That stuff can cause you some real grief trying to get it off.

I will tell you xylene will burn your hands most likely man. I use it when I coat floors.

 

besides getting it on your hands what do yu think about it? how thick? does it seem durable? and anything else you wanna say about it

I got some on my hands when we were lining our enclosed trailer. It just took like 3 days to come off washing my hands a lot.

 

Honestly, I'd say sandpaper your hands or if you're really skilled with your hands (you're 16 you should have a pretty good 'grasp' of manual dexterity) shave it off with an exacto knife.
