So we were going to the SoCal Santee Lakes Tacoma event last month. She agreed to go even though it was an outdoor picnic event in heavy rain (which is itself praiseworthy).

On the way, my wife says, "I have a headache. Do you have any water in the truck so I can take an asprin?"

Me: I don't, but we can stop and get some if you like.

She says, "That's okay, they'll have beer at the picnic."

    **sniff** I love her.

    What's your story?

my wife bought me the tacoma. honestly, she got tired of me doing hunting trips with her subaru. flat out, whipped out a wad of cash and said..tacoma time. bought slightly used, but no car payments. honey can save $$, like nobody i know.

now we are modding the truck, that i promised was "good enough".

She LOVES beer! Almost more than I do!! When the buddies are over she likes playing the video games with us. So likes to ride on the back of my motorcycle. She is an awesome cook! She wants to go to the dunes and camping with me. She wants me to take her shooting. And most of all she puts up with all of my shit! Yep, I love her Tons!!!

mine realizes that we are two different people who have chosen to be together, and realizes that that does not mean she can tell me what to do or how to live my life. i can spend money on my truck if i want. i can have guynights whenever i want with no repercussions, she has encouraged me to spend money on a gun instead of her. in short, i have as much freedom as i would if i were single, the only thing i cant do is other girls, which i can live with. its pretty awesome

After a couple of years she knows me. After 30+ I am just gettin smart enough to figure her out. Ya, I know she will change soon as she knows I know.
Great lady. Told me if I want a new truck, go out and get it. Then after I got the truck she says, "it looks kinda plain". Why don't you fix it up...

    Man, I love that woman!
