I think whether they fucked up or not, the guy should get the car. If they didnt put the reserve on there then that is their own fault. What is the retail on that certain car? I dont want to look through 36 pages to see if its on there haha

Man, I had trouble with that NoSpam and letter grid business too.

Oh well, registered to throw support.

I kinda want to call with something like:

"Hey, I was wanting to buy a new Challenger, what can you do for me?...*wait for reply*...Oh, that's a great deal, but I've heard rumors that once we agree to a price you'll just pull out of the deal. I think I'm going to Toyota to buy a new Tacoma where I know I won't get boned"

From what I gather, the dude went to the dealership today to pick up, and the dealer sent him away.

I don't get why people go so unprepared! With the money he's saving, I would've paid a lawyer for a couple hours to go with me and duke it out with them bastards! Come on, 29k for a 40 something k car, drop a g or two and get it done!

He deserves the car. He should get a lawyer and get it! The sellers will stick it to u you if the buyer doesn't pay so why should the seller get away with not selling the item at the winning price:mad:. I've lost plenty of money selling stuff on ebay because the winning bid doesn't go that high....Its a binding contract, plain and simple, I think the only way to get out is to stop the sale before it ends or to retract before the time expires. I hope he gets the car;)!
