I work with the Transportation Security Administration as a Bomb Appraisal Officer. It means if a person finds a bomb, I will come and either confirm or deny it.

You can't call me "Chef" yet. I start culinary school August 18. Sometime around November 2009, I will insist that you call me "Chef."
