Thanks. I've wanted a truck with a light bar since I was a kid. I found a guy who was selling one off of a '95 and was willing to let me come test fit it, so when it looked like it wasn't going to take much work to get it perfect I decided to pull the trigger.

Aside from the running boards/step bars, what do you have planned?

I'd love to have leather. Later this summer I plan to do the leather arm rest mod, and maybe try to tackle the center console lid too. as far as iPod interfaces, I have this one

http://www.crutchfield.com/S-ptTomq9...aspx?I=541PXDP

and it works great. It can't be completely controlled through the headunit, but if you start at the beginning of an album, you can use the Track button to advance and go back through the album.

I've heard it's escalating, and that the police and military are having a hard time keeping honest employees. Why, what's up? Trying to see if the US media spins things as they normally do?

Yep, its just that i´ve heard that they warn the us citizens not to visit Mexico... Violence its getting damn ugly, every day at least in my state.... 3-4 killed, last weekend just in the state 17 executed, high rank policeman, or drug dealers, etc, fights between military and narcs, here in the city, you are driving peacefully, and you have to stop at military check points, in the damn city!!! the other day i passed one, they flipped my truck inside out....

Damn. That's pretty bad. Run into any crooked cops/soldiers? I haven't heard anything about staying away from Mexico. But being from Texas, we pretty much cross for no reason at all.

Yeah. At first glance it reminds me of the 1920's and '30's gangster era here in the US.
