Been home since about 1645, made some lamb with a cherry glaze for a lady-friend, went out riding my new mountain bike, sipping on some bourbon and coke, and deciphering the Dallas-Detroit series. Yourselves?

I've got bad shin splints. I'm gonna have to hold off running for awhile. Maybe I should buy a mountain bike.

Strange that you mention Wal-Mart AND Mongoose, because that's the same combination that I got. I bought a Mongoose XR-200: $164.99 USD

It ain't the best, but it'll last until I lose some weight.

nice, i was gonna get that, instead i got the xr-75, i've had another m bike before but sold it, so i realize that maybe it wouldn't grow that much on me again, so i decided to go cheaper, if it grows on me ill get a better one later.... edit: alos got the same for my girlfriend so we can work out together....

Ya know, a while back I made a thread about posting pictures of yourself. So I look in your gallery and no pictures of you. I think its nice to see what people look like that you talk to at TW.

I just looked, the bike I was talking about was "Next" brand. Sorry, got confused/excited. I was looking at the Next "Shocker" as a weight loss bike since it was about $80 USD. Do you know what "The Shocker" is?
