Truthfully, I fear that the society I served isnt the life for me. a job, house, 2.5 kids....seems kind of boring. As long as I have my tacoma, and my dog..thats all I need. And this lamp, and this chair.....

    Bleh, the longer you spend immersed in the environmental field and get presented with fun data like:
    Increased energy from Global warming is enough to light a light bulb ever square meter across the globe. Oh and the CO2 we put in the air today won't leave for 0-100 years. But thanks to particle emissions (smog) only 1/2 that makes it to the globe. God help us if we actually clean the air.
    Oil runs out in ~Sixty years
    Coal runs out 40 years later
    We simply have no ability to feed the growing population if it doesn't stabilize itself soon

    The higher my propensity to chuck myself into life threatening situations on the weekends. On the upside my kayaking, especially waterfall hucking goes bigger and better all the time.

    Edit: I've had the bear scratching on the tent while camping thing happen. Just don't make a dam move or sound. Odds are its just curious.
