Your Greatest Fear

LOL, I don't blaim you. Can't trust any one of them really.

 

We tend to be "braver" when someone else is around and I have to admit that I am a bit less likely to look over my shoulder for "sharks" if I have a dive buddy.

The most real danger I've been in at depth though was with people in training who were freaking out. One of the more useful dive courses I took was one that discussed how assess stress and deal with panicky divers. I also dive with redundant gear, which comes in handy, such as when a dive "buddy" panicked the second she let go of the anchor rope in a bit of current at 100 feet and grabbed the first rope-like thing she saw, which just happened to be my main regulator hose.

 

Thats not good, ya my fear would be more if I was alone. I think I can deal alittle better with someone close to me.

It is highly unlikely that you walked through a black widows' web. They don't make orb webs, really can't even call what they spin a web, as it's just a few stands of silk with no symmetry what so ever, and it's always under a rock, stump, corner of a shed, or some other dark out of the way place.

x2, their webs are the nastiest looking things ever. I had one living in my old bronco for a few weeks before I finally managed to kill it. Probably wasn't too safe driving while keeping an eye out for my little "buddy" lol.

 

Ever notice how when you walk through a web you suddenly become a F'ing ninja and have the ability to actually look at your own back?
