This is a very good question as to where to finally settle down and enjoy life. I grew up in Brooklyn NY, moved to Ma when i was 20 (Hingham, Hull, South Weymouth and finally Cape Cod) I guess my choice would be Block Island off the coast of Rhode Island. Only problem with that would be the salt air wrecking havoc on my Toyota, lol.

Hey! I noticed you have a a.r.e z series cap... How do you like it? Do you mind if I ask how much you got it for? We're looking at getting one, it depends on how big of a tax return we get...

This is my third a.r.e. purchase for my trucks and i am quiet happy with them. What you dont see in the pic is the forward facing sliding window (between the cab and cap) that is on hinges and drops down for easy cleaning. I highly recomend this option as its the only way you can clean the outside of the cab and cap windows.

Purchase price in NY was $1700.00 installed and an additional $300 for the bedrug which is color keyed to the interior of the cap. The cap uses the tie down rail system for mounting, so there are no clamps whatsoever, which i really like. This gives it a very clean appearance and I dont have to worry about retighting the clamps all the time. The paint on the cap was a dead match to the truck paint.

The only caps i can recomend to you are glasstite and a.r.e. As far as snugtop, they are not available in this area.

    hope this helps you.

I loved living on Kauai back in the early 90's.
Would someday like to go back there or possibly Australia. :plane:
Australia does have the killer diesel Toyotas, the Outback, and great surf so if we could swing that I would probably head there.

SoCal has just gotten so crowded... :argue:

Good question. I love cold weather, camping, hiking and snowboarding. There are few states more beautiful than Virginia. I would have to say Virginia, or Montana.... maybe Colorado

Sweet! I haven't been there, but I have seen pics. I lived in the New Mexico desert just east of the Grand Canyon. Different kind of desert, but still really cool.

I will live anywhere there are nice people and things to do.

Southeastern BC currently and wouldnt move for the world, everywhere else I can visit! Four REAL season's, mountains, snowboard to my door, rock climb 5 minute walk from my house, 20 minutes from Home Depot, airport! I can walk across the street from my house, walk for two weeks in one direction without seeing another person, road, or house! What more can you ask for?

Lived/worked in a lot of places in the world (Turkey, Panama, Korea, Germany, Middle East, former Soviet Bloc (yuck), Japan, South America), in the Southeast, mid-West, and Northeast. Now in the mid-Atlantic. Visited the Southwest and Northwest (to include Alaska). All have their individual value.(except the former Soviet bloc)....So tired of moving that I'm staying on this "X" marked on the map for a long time. I guess if I get the urge to move again, I'll go for a visit, rather than packing up lock stock and barrel.
