I am a Meat Department Manager for a wholesale operation, that being said, I cut huge chunks of meat into smaller chunks that you and I eat, oh yea, I do paperwork on Thursday.

USAF. I used to get to play with all kinds of explosives but now I am stuck at a desk job. Kinda sucks but I do get to stay on TW pretty much the entire time I'm at work.

Retired now, but worked at a maximum security state prison here in PA. We had about 3200 inmates and about 600 of them were lifers. I was the first female Activities Manager there. A year before retiring, I transferred to a medium security prison and was the department head of their activities department. If you work in the state prison system you can retire at age 50 (like the state police) due to the high stress of the job. It was an interesting career, but I've been enjoying my retirement for the past year.
