I do explosive testing.

I'm the instrument tech and setup all the equipment (flash x-rays, high-speed digital cameras, gauges, and data acquisition systems primarily). I also get the pleasure of sitting in the searing heat and freezing cold measuring the targets we shoot (upto 1000s of measurements ).

And as they say, "I could tell you more...but then I would have to kill you".

hehe...I don't work for WSMR. There's more than one explosive testing facility in NM. I work for EMRTC; it's part of NMT (http://www.emrtc.nmt.edu).

Ex-UPS man. (Thank God).

I'm a Certified Flight Instructor in Rotorcraft-Helicopter.

I'm also involved in a venture that makes Remotely Piloted Vehicles for gub'ment / commercial applications.

Our company is also exploring a market for creating custom composite (carbon fiber, Aeromat, fiberglass...etc) parts for vehicles.

Sounds like a great job. Maybe I can take you up on that, I will be on Maui for a week starting on March 24, before going to Pearl and Kanehoe Bay.

I'm an enginner with a small company in Anchorage that designs fueling systems for aircraft. We do a lot of work for the military. The good part (and the bad part) is that I get to travel a lot. I have been to Japan, Korea, Hawaii, Guam and a lot of the Lower 48.
