Sucks homie! I had to put down my BADASS Pit/Lab (best dog ever) at two years old. Bad breading mix. Had 3 liters of fluid in his lungs.

Don't know you or your Paddy, but as a fellow dog lover (and I don't know how anybody couldn't love dogs?), I can certainly feel your pain. Read this entire thread, and I'm man enough to admit that I balled my eyes out...for your loss, and for the pain and emptiness that is all too familiar. Deepest sympathies brother. My thoughts are with you.

Damn that made me sad:( All I can say is cherish all the good memories you had of her and and just because she will be gone physically she will still be with you spiritually and you will meet up with her someday.

Just saw your post today. This morning I was having coffee next to my best friend and thinking about how much longer he would be with me. At that moment I realized that I will be sadder when he is gone than any friend or family member I have (excluding my wife). That's not to say I hate my friends and family, but for some reason I love him more than I can believe. I guess some people would not understand that, but he has been with me through the toughest moments of my life and I can't imagine how I'm gonna deal with his loss. I'm sure your dog would say thank you for all of the love you've given over the years. Good luck to you. I'm heart broken for you.

I'm sorry to hear about your pup. Sounds like she had a great life and was obviously cared for with much love.
