Anyone interested in a female black lab?

If anyone is interseted in adopting a female black lab, please let me know. She is at a shelter in Louisville, MS. She was going to be put down two days ago, but luckily a couple of people fostered other dogs which meant extra room at the shelter. Dogs come in everyday, so this black lab will probably not make it through another week. Volunteers at the shelter love this dog, but they have taken so many dogs home with them that nobody can handle another dog.
If you live in the Southeast, preferrably MS, AL, LA we could probably bring the dog to you. Meeting at a halfway point would also be an option. Please respond or send me a private message if you'd like to adopt this dog. She has been spayed and seems to be a young dog.

Thanks guys! She is super sweet, looooves the water. Most labs do! If I had more than two days off, I'd drive her to AZ. She's a wonderful girl & deserves the best. We (the volunteers at the shelter) feel like she was spared for a reason, and we are desperately trying to find her a home! Any of you AZ guys willing to meet in east TX?
Oh, and add TN and West FL to the list. That drive wouldn't be too bad.
Anybody from, or willing to meet in MS, AL, LA, GA(Atl area), TN, west FL, east TX?

OMG! I can't believe somebody brought that up! She is a cutie! You should look through all her pics! Find the ones where she is on the beach .... Request her as a friend, because she is also an artist and accepts all friend requests! And guess what.....!! She'd probably be the woman riding with me if we found somebody to adopt Lady. She is one of the volunteers, and she has a heart of GOLD!

somebody take this damn dog! i hate seeing good animals get put down. i'd consider it if i had a fenced in yard and were closer. poor girl, i hope she gets a good home

Hi, nd! And thanks, guys, for trying to help me get this baby a home. I am going to try to get more pics tomorrow. The shelter was closed Monday & I worked all day today. Hopefully, the better pics I plan on getting tomorrow will convince somebody that they need to take this girl into their home!
