A few weeks ago, a school in Gwinnett County - Math homework using slaves as examples.
"One of the problems read: "Each tree has 56 oranges. If eight slaves pick them equally, then how much would each slave pick?""

Just wanna say that Gwinette isn't a hillbilly backwoods county, its actually rather nice. Which makes this scarier, you'd expect to hear dueling banjos in the woods nearby a school that would allow such crap.

That it's really not bad. I just can't believe that they would allow something like this.

A little of this and a little of that.
Georgia will probably revise the text book to say Hispanics instead of slaves. That'll be much better.
