Just wondering if anybody here mountain bikes (downhill, freeride)? If so where are the best places to ride (besides Whistler)?

Nothing finer than climbing for a couple of hours up switchbacks and barreling down the otherside at 50mph.:)

Nothing finer than barreling up the mountain at 50mph in my Taco, then barreling down as fast as possible on my DH rig.

I just bought a specialized hard rock last year and love it. All of our ski resorts no longer offer MBing in the summer. I just find my own mountain and make my own trails.

That's fun too but I would rather get my addreneline reward after the climbing than have to climb after the rush.:D

Oh I don't climb...I hardly pedal at all, LOL. Pedalling a 45lbs bike, with 9inches of suspension travel up a hill is near impossible.

Might as well get a motor for it too.:D
I like being 53 and still having a max heartrate over 200 while making those younger than me suffer a little.:)
