Thats just overkill

No a 2j heand flows better. But a 1j head is cheaper and a 2jzge block is cheaper then a 2jzgte one. So you get a 3.0l displacement motor thats more solid then the 7m. If you upgrade the cams you can get some serious power. Seen a few Soarers with 1.5jzs that rev to 10k+ and put down a TON of power. They aren't super popular tho. Takes some custom stuff and most just go with a 2j head in the long run anyways. Very unique tho and i always thought kinda cool..
