That would be badass but I was thinking propane.

I like propane trucks. If I had a 22r I would probably switch to propane too. Super easy to set up and maintenance is almost nonexistent.

    But bitches love 3rz's.

Na not 3rz. That'd be sweet but I don't have the knowledge to wire one. Going with a dual fuel setup from got propane. Run gas till I get to the trail then switch to propane.

I didn't know you can run both gas and propane. All the builds I've seen that utilize propane don't run gas as well. I can't wait to see what you come up with.

Not to mention complete swap (not including labor) is like $5K for a 3rz. RusselG has one in his w/ 40"s and says he gets 20+ MPG. Not to mention it runs over 80 MPH on the highway like a boss.

This is what I was looking into as well. Looks fairly straightforward. What's the mileage like on propane with these?

Hey bud, any pics on how you mounted your radio? I'm wondering how it's going to work in the gaping hole lol. Oh, and how many spray cans did it take you to paint the truck?

Took about 8 cans. Used rustoleum camo paint.

Pm me your number and I'll shoot you a few pics.

8 cans!? I would have guessed like 12-15. Did you do much body work? I'm trying to decide if primer would be worth my time too.

No, rubbed it down with scotch brite and started painting. I did take the fenders, doors, hood, tailgate, emblems, trim, lights, wiper arms etc. off. Pretty much anything that would unbolt so I wouldn't have to tape everything off.

Got the Dual Fuel kit installed with the help of some friends. Works great.

I will have to say, I was not impressed with Gotpropane.com. I received multiple wrong parts that I had to machine/make work with the kit. It seems the guy doesn't pay attention when gathering the order. Although he did offer to send the correct parts if I wanted. Customer service was helpful. Luckily I had access to a Bridgeport and made the adapter fit.

-Got 2 gaskets a day after the kit arrived, in a separate envelope
-Wrong adapter (received part for 84-85 model, too tall) I machined it down to fit
-Tank brackets were slightly bent/warped and was missing bolts
-Bolt to hold adapter was 1" too short.
    -Received 2 solenoids (1 extra)

That being said, i'm ready to try the propane off-road.
