I have one just like yours and it doesnt have that solid bar thingy in the front, it's two little bar things the tires hook to and they have springs on them. Where do I get the big bar at that both wheels hook to?

You can order it from the same store they sell the round thingies that hold air.

Thanks man! I had lots of fun building it and learned alot too... I dont have the best of patience for certain things and I just wanted to get the money ASAP so that I could order the SAS kit. Those old tires had cracks and were pretty low in tread anyway. Doing an SAS had been a dream for me for a pretty long time, im glad I got to do it.
