Buy a plane ticket down to California or Arizona......road trip a rust free truck home.....we are friendly down here, despite what the news may tell you. Fixing that thing, if it's possible, would just be about bragging rights. I've seen a few early 80s models around lately for sale for around 3000-5000 USD. We're talking nice, fixed up daily drivers with little, if any rust at all.

picked up 63's earlier this month, got the truck moved to its new home for a couple months. dealing witha guy on a trussed 85 front and some 3rds. also potentially a 22RE complete with wiring and ECU.

been a busy guy. moved into a new rental unit at the start of march and currently in college so im not working. moneys not free flowing as i would like for the build. lol oh well after april ill be back at work.

Lol the only decent thing on that truck is the crack free dash, and what appears to be a SR5 cluster.
