So I blew my high pressure steering line from pump to box. Blew the crimp right off the fitting. Brand new....

SO fuck that shit

-6 JIC fittings all around!

 

What ends did you have on there?

 

Had hosepower crimp stock ends onto new line.

 

So let's see... pulled pan to re-seal, checked bearings while there. Look decent for 200k +.

Replaced dana 60 brakes with 3/4 ton brakes

Added antiwrap bar

Added longer exhaust

Bought an he351, not installed yet

Bought an AEM pro dry filter

Swapped out to 300# top coils

Need to cut fenders

Need to make a skid for the steering ram.

Got everything on the box/pump swapped to -6 JIC.

Pump doesn't put out enough at idle. Thinking of going with a PSC pump.

Swapped to 35 spline chromo stubs and spicer joints

I just swapped to 1 1/8 93 w250 master cylinder and an FZJ80 brake booster, added a willwood prop valve. Need to bleed and try it out.

Dropped fuel tank, as the leak got worse. Hoping I have it sealed up well this time.

Still have plenty to do. Haven't added my w/m injection yet either.

And I kinda wheeled it! 1st gear 4 low and she idled over everything. I mean literally idled.

 

Front setup looks like it works awesome. nice work.

 

Thanks Adam, she flexes awesome! Wish I had a little more caster but still drives pretty well down the road at 80. I'm limited by my yokes binding though. Rides awesome in the rocks too and still need to adjust my springs to add another inch or two of up travel as right now it's sagged enough to sit on my bumps.
