I heard 13t makes a good difference. Do you lose much on the top end? I need to be able to rip like 70mph or so no problem. I wanna get rid of the deer antler mirrors and do Zetas with signals or HDB guards with mirrors. so I am still street legal.

Did a ride out to Sly Park Lake in Placerville this weekend, it was perfect

At this rate I won't be able to throw on the Supermoto stuff on until July... :(
Nice! I'd love a bigger bike for the street, but I'm just too short haha
The 13T helps a TON when on trails in 1st gear. Don't have to hold the clutch in anymore to go slow and still have enough torque. Also makes it a bit quicker at launch.

As for being able to do 70mph, I have 13/42 sprockets and can still hit 78-82. Could do 70 comfortably with the 13T, but with the 42 on the back it's a little higher in the rev range than I'd like. I try not to do above 65 for extended periods of time.

Missouri doesn't require mirrors, but I like having mine on the handguards so I can still see if something is behind me.

So another website just put up a supermoto conversion kit on their site for slightly cheaper. And people that ordered through them are already having their orders shipped...

Yet I'm here waiting 2 weeks after ordering and it still hasn't shipped. If I would have talked to the other company and found out they just didn't have it on the site yet, I probably would be in supermoto trim already :frusty::annoyed:

May call them and see how long it would be if you placed an order then see if you cancel the motostrano?

I emailed Motostrano last night. Hoping to get a reply by noon since they're in California. If they say it's still going to be a while, I'll get a hold of the other company, Moto X Industries, and see if I can get a kit through them.

Problem is, with it being so close to my last day in town for a while it's probably not going to be worth the hassle because it may still not get here in time anyways. So basically I'm going to be screwed either way :(

don't know what you've got for a battery but i just replaced my yuasa ytz7s that was 3 years old and took a complete shit over the winter, with a lithium ion battery from "batteries plus bulbs" its bad ass. super light, really small, same cca's and shit as the old one. its actually so small that it comes with some lego type blocks to stack under it to make it fit in the battery box. $90

Agreed, but nothing I can do about it since I'm not in Missouri at the moment... Haha
Yeah, I'm still running the stock battery since it's only a year old. I've been looking into smaller/lighter batteries though since it'll save me about 9lbs of weight up top. Thanks for the heads up!

In cali all the extra taxes and fees mine was $5900 OTD with 9% tax and reg.

I got busy to try to catch up. Finally got my plates, swapped to yoshimura full system, yoshimura tail tidy, Unifilter dual stage foam filter, Dobeck EJK electronic fuel computer, unifilter filter holes for the airbox lid, LED headlight. 13T is probably next up.

I wanna see your bike with the wheels!!! I want to go for gold Warp9's Luckily I can ride all day long any day of the week. I have gotten it up to 84mph with the new EJK settings and silencer removed... I have commuted on it a couple times but need to rework a heatshield to not burn my dammed pants.

Ultimately I want to have it like this in street mode and run some more aggressive dirt tires for off road.

The pic from Page 1 still looks so good I can't shake it.

Nope. They'll be sitting at the post office for the next few months.

Black wheels with black hubs. Have black spoke skins that will be going on as well. Might add an alternate color later on depending on how it looks...

Avon Distanzia tires and a black Acerbis supermoto fender as well.
Nice! Seems like you and I have all the same performance mods other than gearing and exhaust brand.

Definitely get the 13T. Makes a nice difference in torque. I have a 42T on the rear as well and it helped add slightly more power under 45mph. I can still run 65 comfortably, but higher than that it gets a little wound up. My Warp 9's have a 44T on them, so that'll be interesting. Wheelies for days! Haha

I went with all black for my Warp 9's. I like the color in case you couldn't tell from my truck ;)

I removed my heat shield after one of the clamps broke. I personally like how it looks without it and it doesn't seem to burn me.
They definitely look good on both of our bikes, but I like the color black too much haha

I do not like the look of spoke skins. How many teeth does your rear have now? Idk that id change that more if youre already wound up at 65. I love my power wheelies though in first, ha
