Main thing is a divorced solenoid. Let me know what winch you are looking at and I'll let you know if it will fit. Most do, it's mainly ones with heavy top frames like a 9.5ti that will interfere with the LED bar.

FWIW I put a Harbor Freight Badlands in mine and it worked fine. Haven't had a chance to use it in anger yet, but they actually get really good independent reviews.

$300 got me 12,000lb winch. Another $20 got me a wireless remote.
The solenoid has clamps to fit on top of the frame for the line. The bracing for the grill is in the way of centering it, but I was able to mount it off to the side with only one of the two clamps and it seems to be plenty secure.

I saw a winch shoot out recently where the harbor freight one did really well actually.

Icon MT suspension, Pelfreybuilt front bumper, Relentless skids, Avid sliders, Avid custom rack. Pelfreybilt HC Rear bumper.
My Warn M8000 has saved my ass twice (mounted in a Pelfreybuilt front bumper). I like happy endings is all I'm gonna say.
