Here is a chance for anyone with or without Pelfreybilt products to tell us how we are doing. What we can do to improve, what you would like to see. What some of your favorite things are that we should never change. Whether it is a product or a customer service suggestion or feedback we want to hear from you, good bad or indifferent. Compliments and constructive criticism are both welcome

We will do our best to make changes where we can based on customer feedback. Our customers make us what we are and we appreciate every one of you. Thank you

Dont have any of your products yet, but your plate bumper for 12's is my favorite looking design. Also only heard good things about you and your products.

Seems most would like to purchase your bumpers, sliders, etc...but (constructively saying), the lead times keep many of us from ordering.

Would you guys ever consider designing a rear plate bumper that is compatible with the factory hitch? I tow a lot, sometimes very heavy trailers, but want to eventually replace the factory bumper with something that isn't going to turn into a pretzel if I catch the edge while on a trail. As far as I can tell, CBI (who does great work, but isn't local) is the only company making a replacement rear bumper that works with the factory hitch.

I certainly would consider this, it may be a while since we are playing catch up and new projects are on hold for a while.
Not sure what kind of wheeling you do but the main reason we integrate the hitch into the bumper is the massive clearance gains. I also tow quite a bit, not much over 4K but never any issues with the integrated hitch.

The biggiest concern is the nearly 80" long top cross bar, not sure if that would be a deal killer. Have you by chance looked at DTF Fabrication integrated front bumpers? Tony makes a killer front that is much more compact that may fit the bill for shipping. Just a thought.

Tyler, I have seen (in person mounted) alot of your products both on local trucks as a well a few non local trucks both in town and out of state. One thing holds true from everyone I have seen is the quality is 5-Stars period! I have never heard of any UN-satisfied customer(s).
I'm only sorry I have never become an actually customer.

From a quality stand point , brother don't you dare change a thing.

I'm not sure really what else you could offer that other fabricators don't already offer,

A Diff skid would be awesome, but again are already offered from other fabricators.

Some way to keep the driveline protected as well as planting the rearend like a traction bar with a tunnel like skid. Lofty dream I know, just thinking out of the box.

Advertising, perhaps some more promo items as well as some imagery and videos hallmarking your products?

Anyway keep up the remarkable work!

My only complaint is regarding the key chain bottle opener... Doesn't grab the caps very well...i cut myself once... but maybe i was already a bit tipsy.

Good to hear. I'm a ways out on the rear bumper, but will follow up with you when we get there.

This is an interesting idea. I think Budbuilt has a traction bar for the 8.4" rear end that is supposed to do wonders for axle wrap, but I've never seen anything like this for the 8"

Still havent used mine :anonymous: I do use the coozie A LOT! lol However, customer service is THE BEST I've ever recieved! I'd like to see a square hole option for fogs in the bumpers. Most run duallies and i have the OKLED pods and they're square. Just a thought.

Stopping in to add my two cents :)

I have the IFS, Mid, and Transfer case skids. Fitment was spot on, no curse words were said getting them on, they just lined up. The coverage and angle on the transfer case skid is what sold me on Pelfreybilt skids. I have drug/slammed them over/on rocks and bashed the IFS skid hard into washes. Priceless protection that just plain works, doesn't get better or more simple than that.

I also have the rear shock relocation kit. The support I got from Tyler during install by another shop due to my location was excellent. He was available and able to help me get it right while I was at the shop having it setup and burned on. The integration of frame plate, hydro bump, and shock relocation hoop really has been a great way to handle the extra weight in gear I carry during the summer months.

Lastly, on order is a front bumper. I can't wait to add this last piece of protection, recovery options, and clearance.

Overall, every interaction has been stellar and I couldn't wish them enough success. Keep it up guys

    ~Marc

A+ service and products!! Just got the front bumper about 2 weeks ago it was near perfect!! Fit was spot on, finish and welds look amazing. Rear bumper on order can not wait to see it!
Lead times are a little long but what do you expect when you are buying a custom hand made piece? I can say 100% the product is worth the wait!
    Thanks again!!

Any plans for 12-14' front bumper group buys? I saw you had a 05-11 last year.
