As the title says, I just got my first job out of college and want to treat myself to a new muffler. I am trying to decide between either the Flowmaster 40 series or the Wicked Flow exhaust.

I want something that will give the V6 the best growl I can get out of it.

    I want to hear y'all's 2 cents...

Edit: Sorry to be that guy, but I am torn and new to the whole mod thing...

Id say wicked or dynomax... i know dynomax added a couple horses on the dyno, most others drop a few

I have a Wicked flow in with TRD piping and it sounds great. A nice subtle rumble at idle and a pretty growl when you give it some gas. It doesn't sound ricey at all. I was in your situation a few months ago, and decided on the WF over flowmaster, as after some research the WF seems to be of better build quality product. I couldn't be happier with it.

I have a Flowmaster 40, and I like it, but I also really like the Flowmaster Super 44, but from what I hear the WickedFLow is WICKED!!!!

Thanks for all the help guys. Never really looked at Dynomax. Any suggestions on which one would work well?

It sounds SOOO good. Who knew a V6 would pop. It very deep and then has a throaty idle.
