Best parts combo to increase performance in one shot?

The time has come to make a few changes to my truck. Looking at making a few purchases and would prefer to put them on at once. (can't afford a SC right now)

I want to feel any placebo horse power all at once, instead of one piece at a time

1. TRD (if they figure out the MAF sensor issue) or AFE CAI kit. (maybe K&N)
2. TRD muffler single outlet.
3. Changing out the plugs. (2nd owner not sure if they were changed at 30k)
4. An oil change (mobil 1, already running that tho)

I don't plan on remapping the computer at this time to achieve maximum performance, still under warranty till 100k and want to keep it that way.

Is there anything else I can do at the same time to try and give the mods that wow effect? I hear that stickers add .5hp and carbon fiber ads .25hp per square foot!

 

Go out and rent the biggest, most gutless POS you can find for one week. Then go back to your Tacoma. It'll feel beastly!
