Ditch the uni chip, APR X-1, 7th injectior, 668cc injectors, 2.7 pulley, and get it professionally tuned.

yeah i was just thinking with as much power and torque as that would bring what would be best to prevent axle wrap cause i can just see that happening now

oh i haven't had any, but you may want to look into traction bars. I have a AAL which stiffens it up a little but on a stock truck it would look funny without a lift in the front

I have one, have not noticed any power or mpg gain/loss, just less startup noise and fan noise when engaged.

I love it! Here is a link to the thread on my setup AT thread. I first cut out the rear cats and put up the Aero 2525. I have since put in an 18" resonator that tamed it a bit. I put the resonator on because I took a road trip and nobody in the back seats could hear a thing! Lol. Still very mean sounding and I now have 0 rasp... If I were to do it again, I would put in a 12" resonator whether or not I left the cats in. PM me if you have specific questions, I am happy to entertain them.

so with putting the resonator on it did it make a big noticeable difference in the sounds?

Hardly any sound change in much of the RPM band. It did cut out the rasp I was experiencing from 2300-3000RPM which was the main reason I put in the resonator. It sounds much better now IMHO.

That is exactly the route I would propose... Given you have the resources to do it yourself or you don't mind paying a shop to crawl underneath twice.
