upgrade questions

i have a 2004 2.7L prerunner and wanted to spice it up a little. i am thinking of doing an intake kit, helix power tower throttle body spacer, and exhaust. i am a little hesitant to spend the cash before knowing whether or not it will be a noticeble improvement. im am looking for power/fuel economy. if anyone has done these upgrades i'd love to hear what you have to say. thanks!

 

You'll see a small jump in power but almost no increase in fuel economy.

I wouldn't waste your money on a Helix, particularly if the the 2.7L uses multi-port fuel injection.
