Klunking noise with k & n cai

I just installed 77 series cai. I am hearing a klunking noise sometimes when I accelerate. I checked everything, and can't seem to find anything loose. Anyone ever experience this? thanks!

I did shake everything Tacoon. Thanks. Thanks Socal, I think you might be right. I'm assuming I can loosen the clamp and pull the filter out a bit. Thanks for the suggestions!
