what's the urd supercharger kit cost and how hard to install? What else do you have to do to the vehicle to accept the supercharger? What's the gas mileage after the supercharger?

Craig,

Here is a link to URD's website and the s/c kit costs almost $4900.

So your saying this kit will fit a 2005 double cab 4.0L automatic?

Yes it will. If you check this link you wil see it is for the 1GR-FE engine. The reason it says XRunner on the page is because Gadget prototyped and tested it on his 2005 XRunner.

Is the URD Supercharger street legal? I hate to be taking it of and puting back on when it comes to smogging.

This is directly from their website:

"Legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a highway"

what is the gas milage after the supercharger. I am going to be adding a 6" lift and 35" tires in a couple weeks, parts are on order. But I think I might need some more power after that. And I am sure those big tires will hurt my fuel milage. So does it help or hurt?

yes, it will. I recommend regearing after you add all that in.

As far as gas mileage after the Supercharger, it will likely depend on how heavy your foot is.

It is just for he street I only drive 15 min. to work . So as long as it isn't too bad I will not do anything for a while. Regearing is an option. I sale Randy's Ring and Pinion Parts. But that extra HP from the supercharger would make up for lost power. Cost more than gears but I believe it would be worth it.
