Batt Voltage

I recently bought a ultra gauge and was wondering if anyone knows the average output of a batt in a v6 Tacoma. Right now I am running under 14 volts when driving.

Normal voltage through a scan tool can be anywhere from 13.8v up to 14.2v. There will be some loss due to the computer hardware & wiring etc. But I'm sure if you measured voltage right at the alternator it would be closer to 14.2v.

All in all, I'd say yours is just fine.

Just curious

That has to do with amperage not voltage.
