Question Exhaust Back pressure Issue?

Wondering if anyone knew if the 4.0 V6 Tacomas had a problem with back pressure if u left off the Catalyc Convertor . Thinking about going with DT long tube headers, true duel exhaust with a pair of flowmaster 40's . Any feedback appreciated, thnx.

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine.

Nope, what you'll do by removing that backpressure is move some low-end torque to mid-high rpm hp.

When it comes to towing and hauling that low end torque is needed but for racing you want that mid-high end hp.
