Looking to purchase a Flowmaster 50 series SUV performance muffler.

Has anyone purchased this for 2007 Tacoma v6, 4.0L???

Happy with your purchase? Do you have a stock number, not sure what to get. I want to weld it to the factory pipes.

    Thanks for the assist:D

I was thinking of going the cheaper route and just purchase the muff. Just wasn't sure of size/inlet/outlet

hey I have the 50 series of my 07 V6 and it sounds really good, but I really like loud trucks so most likely I am going to move to the 40 series. Just go to an exhaust shop you trust and weld in the 50, duals look nice as well. Good luck bro

The inlet/outlet at 2.5 is fine. Most muffler shops can adapt that if its not exactly correct. Look at muffler on the truck currently and see where the inlet and outlet are located on the muffler.

Mine was center-in/center-out and the inlet they said was 2.5 but the outlet was 2.25. Trick trucks did mine and they said that they had to adapt it to the tail pipe but it wasn't any problem or extra cost.

I have the 50 series. It's a nice sound, just not too loud, if you're looking for something louder go with the 40 series.

Ended up getting the FM 50 Delta Series with 3.5" output and chrome tip. Sounds awesome... Very happy with my purchase... $200 OTD aint bad...

Not sure. I went to the muffler shop and told them what I wanted... 30 minutes later I was out the door. Like I said, $200 total parts/labor/tax.:rockband:
